Wellbeing Walks with your Camera

Well-being Walks with your camera

It is important to me to promote positive overall mental well-being for people who live in South London.  This is why I arrange well-being walks for adults and young people outdoors in South London, in all weathers!  Our walks are all about connecting us to nature, capturing and anchoring the emotions of how nature makes you feel, and taking this all with you at the end of the walk. You can bring your camera and/or your camera along with you, to capture some images of nature which are meaningful to you.

Please join me on my next Winter Walks, details below.

Reflections through a lens

A walk from 1000-1130am on Saturdays

For adults and young people

This nature walk is an opportunity to reflect on your life in the moment in a beautiful environment using photography to bring your life into focus.  As a group we will be using nature and photography to help you feel refreshed and recharged. Join me on Wimbledon Common for a walk in nature using your camera or camera phone to reflect and look for meaningful, motivational and inspirational images and views.
